MARY KELLY DIVERSITY offers programs to organizations to assist with the exciting and, at times, difficult task of addressing the growing needs around diversity. These programs offer a unique perspective, including the real-life, practical experience of the participants. They are designed to fulfill corporate needs from assessment to education, to consulting and coaching.

Mary Kelly's approach to diversity is real, lively and leaves people able to hear and value others in ways they haven't been able to achieve before. The conversations are carefully crafted to fit directly into the needs of each particular organization.

Ms. Kelly was selected to provide the diversity training for the Saint Paul Pluralism Network as well as the Twin Cities Americorp program. The trainings received the highest ratings ever given a diversity trainer. One participant said:
